Movie of the week is : I'll see you in My Dreams

Because of the heat I could not catch up with the yard or even work in my garage. So, I decided to watch a movie without interruptions.

I'll see you in my Dreams is a relatively new production (2015), it is a love and sad story that reflects part of what goes on with the "over 55" crowd that feels lonely.
Blythe Danner plays the role of a widower that has been living by and within herself until, for a brief time, she finds love again.

I must say that this is probably the best work I've seen from Ms Danner, she is superb. Sam Elliott is the co-star although his role is limited in this script he does an outstanding job

The supporting cast is also worth mentioning, Rhea Perlman is getting better and better with time. June Squibb (Scent of a Woman) looks better than ever . We will also find Martin Starr playing one of his most serious characters in his career.
Max Gail ( Barney Miller as Stan "Wojo" Wojciehowicz,The Frontier and twice nominated for Best Supporting Actor) plays a  supporting role.

First line stars and supporting cast.

To me; this is a 4.25 out of 5.
I am biased because I love sentimental and love stories. I highly recommend this movie but not if you are a Millennium. Watch it in 25 years and you will understand.

Loved it!!! It will get your thoughts going. A real jewel of a movie.

Available on Netflix, Amazon and many other networks.

Great News, we added 255 thousand jobs in July, most economists were predicting anything from 110 to 200 thousand. I am including this table, please take a look at a couple of indicators that I follow.
i) participation rate has been increasing for the last three months, this is very important.
Business inventories have been down for the last three months however, although not a great increase, manufacturing gained 6000 jobs in July, this could be a trend signaling increasing inventories .
Let us not forget that we have lost almost 200 thousand jobs in the oil industry over the last 24 months. When oil breaks the 55-58 Mark we will be recovering some of these jobs.
